Features for specific family types

Im pretty new to Revit so this may be an easy fix. I am in the family editor creating a series of types but I want one of those type to have void and an additional mass protruding while other types do not. Im not sure how to get this to work seeing as I applied a void sweep to the base of one type and it appeared in all other types of the family. This was ok with me as I want them all to have a void sweep but I want this new void and protruding mass to be specific to one type.

Solid objects have a visible setting which you can link to a parameter

Void objects do not have such a setting unfortunately (proposed in the IDEA section)

With voids you can move them so that they do not cut the object.

Alternatively you also can consider to make just two separate families
