faucet not showing up in plan or elevation view

the faucet that's integrated to this Duravit sink shows up in the 3d view but not the plan or elevation views. any idea why? i'm posting screen shots and a sample file. TIA!

Edit the family, edit the nested family, select the faucet and click Visibility/graphic overrides, then tick boxesn as below:

Also, check under the edit type dialog box under "graphics" that the "cover included" and "side-spray" are checked.
