fascia roof at the top of the roof

hi i have tried to make fascia but it show on the top of the roof , i have selected it to the bottom of the roof with work plane but it doesnt work. 

 

any idea ?

The Roof: Fascia tool as well as Roof: Gutter seem to be functioning as expected. How are you creating the fascia?
