Someone knows how to solve this?

I've set the phase color scheme into those 2 (Blue = New; Red = Demo), but some families don't show as expected (img below). (Dont mind the green walls, it is just a filter for acustic).

In this case, was the chairs, but already happened with others Furnitures, generic models, equipments.

I kown some people who had this same problems but just ignored.

I have seen this happen when a family is made from CAD or other programs linework imported into the family. please upload one of the families for us to look at.

I was thinking along the same lines which you said, @hmunsell . I've seen CAD-made families with rounded surfaces and/or triangulated geometry refuse to change color and pattern even with overrides set.

You could probably start and finish a lunch break while waiting to open a project with 200 of these chairs 😧

Nice!, that family was taken from another file we received.

Hello!
I write the problem also in Turkish forum so we find there when I change the category as generic model place of the support it works. In long term I think so it's not a solution but now it works like that and be halpful.
Thank you all!
