failed torun energy analysis.

I have created a structure of a building , while running energy analysis, it is getting an unexpected error . and analysis failed. please anyone can help with this issue to solve for me

this doesn't necessarily look like an error with the Energy Analysis, it looks more like system error. What exactly were you doing? Were you trying to Create Energy Model, Systems Analysis, Lighting analysis, etc....
