If they are hidden, how do you know?

Lines bleed through in 3D view for some reason.
"Bleed through"??? I think you should call 911.
Joking aside; try posting some screenshots. That might be faster and easier.
if you have two items on top of each other like a structural wall and an architectural wall, or 2 times relay close together like a thin architectural floor covering on top of another floor. in a 3D view it could look like that. really need a screen capture or an uploaded the model to know for sure.

@Anonymous; I have this joke I'd like to share with you:
Patient says to Doctor: "Doc, it hurts when I do this. What should I do?"
Doctor replies: "Don't do that".
Silly, huh? I agree. It's about as silly as saying "I’m having problems with my Revit file. 3D views and elevation showing random hidden lines".
If you can't find more words than that to describe the problem, then post some screen captures - or post the file.
Well, we're getting somewhere.
Kind of looks like a Transparency -- either coming from the Materials or from Graphic Overrides in the View. Got any?
Transparency could be applied by several methods (e.g. Element, Category, Filter). Tell you what; post your file as an Attachment. Do you know how to do this?
like this:
NOTE: If it fails to post the RVT directly, try posting a ZIP file containing the RVT.
