Failed to open file revit

I have a Rivet project file, and when I open it, it asks me to upgrade the model from RFA (2009) to RFA (2023) and when upgrading it shows me 'Failed to open file revit', FYI, the project was running on RFA (2023), I want to restore it as soon as possible.

Thanks a lot for posting your question to the forums!   Did you get a chance to try this when using the latest build, as @ToanDN suggests?

Try to upgrade in steps, if possible. Like opening the file in the oldest Revit version at your disposal and if that works ok, then upgrade in a newer version etc.

The oldest version available is RFA 2020. The same thing happened. Can you try opening the file for me?
