failed to load revitcontentpackui.dll

When I try to install Revit on windows 10 I get this error
failed to load revitcontentpackui.dll
knowing that it was already installed before but I uninstalled  it and tried to install it again
Can somebody help me with that ?

It might be that you do not have enough administration rights on windows to install Revit (which version?).
See if you can get administrator rights to your computer before installing.

 

Check the installation log and see if there is additional information in there

 

Also there is a special forum for installation and licensing.

and no it's not about administrator rights at all, that's not the reason
