I downloaded Revit in my computers D folder due to my C folder has no space left. But external add ins doesnt show up in my revti now. It is in D folder as shown below.

 external tools is not showing.

I can't transfer those addins to C folder. I still don.'t have any space in that. How can I arrange my add ins location in Revit 2022.

location in Revit 2022.

- eTransmit is there

- Convert RFA to FormIt is there

- Navisworks is there (per Darren)

- Cloud models and Worksharing shuld be under Collaborate menu

- Batch print: not sure because I don't use them.  Plus 2022 has native PDF export which is far superior than Batch print.

Thank you for the question @20202109010!

The Revit install allows you to specify the location for certain components of Revit, but this does not mean that all of the files associated with Revit will be stored in that location.

I would expect the Navisworks add-in (nwexportrevit.addin) to be installed to the following location: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\2022

If you don’t have enough space for this add-in (7.44 MBs) on the C:\ drive, then I would expect this to cause other problems beyond Revit, and it would be a good idea to clear up some space (>5GBs) on the primary drive.

Once you’ve freed up space on the C:\ drive, try installing the NWC exporters again, by going through the following steps:

  1. Close Revit.
  2. Download the NWC Export Utility from the following page: Navisworks NWC Export Utility.
  3. Install utility.
  4. Launch Revit and confirm that the Navisworks exporter is available.

Note: While you can change the install location of the NWC Export utility, some files will still be loaded to the C:\ drive. Specifically, 171 MBs of data will be stored in the location specified during the install, and 7.44 MBs of data will be stored in the ProgramData folder listed above.
