Blend Extend.jpg

Hello Friends,

I have created an arc shaped inclined wall in components using 'Blend' option. But there is an issue here, i want to extend the component length further down to the level in the same angle. Kindly help me out.

Please see the attached image for your understanding.

Be easier to advice you, if you could post an RVT with the blend.

I think I get what you are after.

I managed to do that by using reference lines in the in-place wall family.

You need a reference line that goes up on the direction of the wall (the red blob in Line rig picture).

Then another line that is hosted on the first reference "long" plane (the blue blob).

Align the end of the blue blob line with the first red line (the black blob).

Host the base profile of your blend on the blue blob line and add a parameter to control the height (second picture shows that the base profile keeps the direction of the blue blob line.

There might be an easier way, but this is what I first thought about.

Line RigLine Rigparameter for depthparameter for depth
