Extend part to level

Hello, 

I created parts colum between each levels. 

Do not understand because so the column of up end don't attached to level While others yes (attahcments).

How can I resolve problems? Even afterwards have part? Being parts can't attached to floor.

Your column stops underneath the floor, which is correct.  I don't know why you want the part to extend and overlap the floor, but you can select the part, check Show shape handle in Properties, and drag the top grip to align with the top of the floor.
