Exporting RVT to CAD , only in single lines

Hi everyone,

I have a structural and architectural model in Revit and I want to export the floor plans in DWG but I only need to see lines instead of walls. Is there any way I can do it easily from Revit?

I am attaching two screenshots for reference.

The first screenshot is how my model is currently exported while the second is what I need to see. So no walls or any details, just the lines of the walls.

Thank you in advance!!

No. Revit just exports what is visible in the view(s) you export. If you place single lines in a view instead of walls then you'd get lines. However, you could generate an area plan and hide everything except the area boundaries...that would look more like a single line plan/drawing.

If you really want to have single line wall, only option is set the wall as structural. Here you can click on enable analytical model.

In the plan, you can turn off the wall and door and turn on analytical model
