The current version of D5 Render (2.3) cannot read .rvt files directly, but it can open .fbx files (without textures). Therefore, it is suggested to download and install D5 Converter for Revit (live sync and export plugin), which converts your model into D5 scene files, with all textures and cameras, lights contained, as well as some advanced features.
