Export ceiling divisions to IFC

Hi fellas!

Does anyone have a workaround for exporting the ceiling divisions to a IFC for coordination?
(get visible lines for the ceiling tiles to show)

Export the ceilings to a 3D DWG then link it back in Revit. Turn the link on before exporting to IFC.

Did you get this to work? I can't even get the grid lines back when linking in the 3D DWG
