Example file fails to export IFC geometry correctly

When exporting an IFC from the rst_basic_sample_project using the default setting, all instances of the M_TJL Wood Open Web Joist export without the top and bottom pieces of wood.

I'm using Revit 2017/18 and IFC 2x3 Coordination View 2.0
