Errors Loading Families Into Project

Hello, I've been trying to load in 2 families I've downloaded over at bimobject. However, both give these three errors when I attempt to load them into my project.

Is there any way I can fix this, or should I download different families to continue working on my project? I'm coming back to this program after a 4-year hiatus so I'm learning everything again. Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you!

Open the family and replace the Shared parameters listed with your own shared parameters.

Do you have Project Parameters loaded into your project by those names? if so they may be conflicting like @ToanDN suggests.
