Error with Exporting to DWG

  We are having an issue with exporting views to DWG from a Revit file.  Whenever we try to do this from this particular model we get an error that states:

Can't create S:\2019\19095 - Good Hope NLE Apts & Townhomes\Correspondence\Received\2019-06-17 Arch Revit File\2510 W Good Hope Rd PDF and Re\Exported Backgrounds - Townhomes\18010-04_Good Hope Road_Townhomes_20190617_detached-Sheet - A100-T - TH - FLOOR, CEILING, AND ROOF PLANS - BUILDING B.dxf or file is already in use.  Please close file and press OK.

  This is the first CAD file to be created from the Revit model and we don't know what file would need to be closed.  This also has never happened on other times when we have tried to perform this procedure.  Thank you.

So the name you are giving to your dxf export is  "18010-04_Good Hope Road_Townhomes_20190617_detached-Sheet - A100-T - TH - FLOOR, CEILING, AND ROOF PLANS - BUILDING B.dxf" ?  Have you tried saving it to your desktop?  Try a short name like "Test.dxf".

do you have Linked cad file? if yes go to manage links > cad formats > import or unload. thanks
