Error with corrugated metal curtain panel

I created a curtain wall panel that mimics corrugated metal, the distance I had made it in curtain wall panel pattern, 150mm wide. 

When I go to change the properties of the curtain wall and start drawing it out, I get this error code. How do I fix this so it repeats? I watched Balkan Architect tutorial and did exactly as same but isn't working.

Based on that error, it seems like you have more than 200 curtain wall mullions (grid lines) - you cannot have that many in one wall segment. Might also be due to the very small corrugations you are trying to model.

I thought Curtain Wall Exterior Glazing has no curtain wall mullions
though? I tried using an empty Curtain Wall glaze but still didn't do the
trick

You can manage to do it another way. Create a void sweep and add it to a basic wall. 

it is invisible, because it is a void:

Just create similar (CS) and adjust in your wall
