error with converting FBX to OBJ using FBX converter 2013

There are manys lines appearing in the converted OBJ file:

 

vn -1.#QNAN0 -1.#QNAN0 -1.#QNAN0

 

So how can I convert the correct obj file?

I simply replace #QNAN0 with 0 to eliminate these errors.
