Error: "Linked file could not be located. it will be displayed as it ..."

Collague can't import or link CAD into project.

He tries to import Revit, he gets the error:

"Linked file could not be located. it will be displayed as it was when this project was last saved"

This is the first time to load this link so the link doesn't show at all.

any help?

Thanks

Use the Reload From function of the Manage Links dialog

when inserting CAD file, I advice you to use Positioning  Center to Center , not Origin to Origin.

A surveyor plan, more then probably , have coordinates N/S and E/W  (Y,X) at a great distance from origin.
