Error: "Cannot delete output file"

I do not see a technical support or installation board, so since I am an architect I will ask here

I am trying to install Revit LT 2024.0.2 Update and US English Content v1 for Revit LT from the Autodesk site.  I have Revit 2023 on the computer which was updated from 2022 last fall.  Last night I downloaded and successfully installed Revit LT 2023.1.2 Update.  When I try to install the 2024 and English content files it extracts the update but then I get the error Extraction Failed little window with

"Cannot delete output file"  

This happens with both files. I tried running the updates as an administrator and got the same error.  I searched the forums and found someone else had this error with a Fusion update and the problem in that case was MacAfee anti-virus.  I deleted MacAfee (it is a relatively new computer that came with MacAfee and I use different anti-virus programs) but that did not help.  Any thoughts?

Have just faced this error on attempt to run Autodesk_VaultClient_2022.5_Update.exe
I believe this is something related with un-archving.

My workaround was to unpack manually form RMB-menu (7-zip).
