Possible to create a "vertical" section in revit

hi i was wondering what's the quickest way to generate a plan view of small localised zone? 

is this even possible?

i am modelling an industrial plant from a point cloud just now and with so many pipes etc being able to almost cut a vertical section in a section view would be great, rather than having to continually mess around with view ranges. 

is this possible? many thanks

Just create a Section in a section and then rotate it 90 degrees:
