Hello!

An unrecoverable error is encountered when launching program Revit 2019:

An unrecoverable error has occurred. The program will now be terminated. All of your data has been recently saved, so there is no need to create recovery files.

Before this, there were errors "The publisher of this add-in could not be verified. What do you want to do?"

Always load|Load once|Do not load - in any case, the program was closed.

Location: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Batch Print for Revit 2019\BatchPrint.dll

And the same error with the following add-ins: Collaboration for Revit 2019, eTransmit for Revit 2019, FormItConverterForRevit2019, Personal Accelerator for Revit, Revit Content 2019, Revit Model Review 2019, Workflows Application 2019, Worksharing Monitor for Revit 2019.

Operating system: 64-bit Windows 7  (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 .

License Type: Education Stand-alone.

Access Type: Single-user.

I guess there were two different problems. Add-ins missed certificate GlobalSign Root CA-R3. When I imported it the problem was solved.
An unrecoverable error is encountered when launching program Revit 2019 was because of .NET Framework 4.6
