Error: "A serious error has occurred" when offsetting a wall in Revit

While using the copy or offset command following error dialogue box appears.

Can someone help me on this issue, I have already tried reinstalling the software.

Did you purge, audit and fix errors in the project? Does this appear when you start new project and attempt the same method?

Hi, Just opened a new project by using Imperial Architectural template, drawn a simple wall and use the copy button, and the error message popsup.

Sounds like you may need to reinstall Revit. Also make sure you have the lastest update to mitigate these issues.
