Hi all,
I'm using Revit 2015.
I am trying to audit my new template .rte file when opening but i get an error message that says:"Data in file <filename> is corrupt and needs to be manually recovered. Please contact Autodesk support."
If i open the file without auditing, it opens fine, however if i try to delete the "imported objects" from the object styles, Revit crashes. The error message says "Data in file an unnamed file is corrupt and needs to be manually recovered. Please Contact Autodesk Support" then i get the "An unrecoverable error has occurred....." message and Revit crashes.
If i try to open the file in 2017 and update it to 2015, it also crashes. I'm guessing there is something weird going on with the file. I really don't want to create a new one!
Can anyone please explain to me why i am having these issues, and are they able to be reversed or removed from the file without having to create a new one?
Thanks,
Kristian
