Error in simulation - Green Building Studio - Run Fail

I have a problem in running the simulation on Green Building Studio... It is mentioning that it cannot simulate the layers and the wall is too small.. I am dealing with a building which has curtain walls (Glass thickness 4mm-5mm) and I cannot increase the thickness.. (attached is a screenshot showing the error).. 

What can be done? any advise?

I checked other forum having the same problem but it wasn't helpful.

I see you other post today. Understandably,  I'm a little confused. Here you show the "Thin Wall" error being thrown, and the other post you say that you cannot even run the analysis due to no internet access.  Can you tell me where you are at now?

Whenever I try to run the simulation on the Revit I receive the message mentioning that Energy simulation requires internet access.. so I tried to export gbxml file as I cannot run the simulation on Revit and I tried to run the simulation on gbs.autodesk.com then I receive the other error mentioning the thin wall :D..
