Error in running energy simulation

Hi,

When running an Energy simulation, I get an error message saying " you do not currently have access to this service your license period for the sharing service has ended."

I was wondering if anyone can help me solve this problem. I'm already logged in with my desktop subscription.

Thank you!

Hi,

Since the error message says your liscence period has been expired you should check out your liscence details as follows

Click on revit icon > Liscening

there check for Expiry Date...

Liscence info.PNG (14 KB)

.

If it is a student version you might not have activated within 30 days and once you activate from autodesk registration number will get activated and you can run simulation.

or if you have professional liscence and still not able to use it you should go through following topic.

Hi,

I have checked it again, and the issue is not resolve yet. Addition to this current problem, I’m also facing some more issues related to web only:

  • I’ve download & installed Revit A360 collaboration update several times (both v2 & v3), but it is still showing in Autodesk Application Manager.
  • A360 service unavailable.
  • In my GBS login, my account status is “Not active”

- web browser used - Chrome
- Operating system- Windows 10
