Hello

I am having an issue exporting Dwg's and I use the export option

I followed some steps from Autodesk, i.e:

I cleaned up the TEMP folder, deleted all the detached files and folders, cleaned the recycle bin, then created a new local, audited the file but the issue persists.

1. When I restart the program it exports once and does not allow anymore exports,

2. When exporting a set of drawings it may export just a few of them and the rest will get an error message as seen in the image.

2. when i try to export and I don't get the error message it creates files that are 0KB, in this instance it does not show the message at the bottom right corner saying exporting.

i will appreciate any assistance

After multiple audits done to the file. I can export DWG’s again

I audited the Central model and discarded the local copies and detached
New local copies from the Audited file. I did this a couple times and one
day it exported just fine.

We have the same problem.

We are working in BIM360 with Revit 2019.

First DWG exportation is ok, then Revit save a 0 kB dwg files.

This only happens when exporting views with MEP systems. If we export views that contain only architectural elements, everything works perfectly.

Does anyone know if it's a known problem?

Thanks

Giulio

I'm having the exact same issue. I think i'll be able to export all the dwg's required if i did them all individually, however 50+ drawings which are regularly being amended, this is very time consuming and costly.

I've attached the error report.

Error message
Elements
The following views could not be published. Sheet: A101 - SITE PLAN : id 2073349

I've never had this issue before. Nothing drastically has been amended to the REVIT model.

Hello,
We also started having this issue in our Office. I would recommend moving this Question to a new thread, cause it differs from the original one which is already marked as solved.

Greetings, Omar

I too have encountered exactly the same issue.  If I open the Revit project with Audit, I can then export one or two views before the exports stop working.  The CAD files are 0kb and the files can't then be deleted as an error message insists that "this file is open in Revit".

This issue isn't new, so could Autodesk please advise on a solution?

I've just run into this problem also.

Very frustrating! Managed to export the three most important sheets in a set, then gave up on the rest.

Not good enough Autodesk!

I'm also facing the same issue, how you solved your revit problem when converting files to CAD Files.
