ERROR: Cannot load continous rail geometry

Hi guys

I need some help.

I have received an RVT from one of my customers. They have Revit 2017, mine is Revit 2018. So when I open the file it does the normal upgrading model.

However, I get an error saying "cannot load continous rail geometry" (I have attached a screenshot of the error).

The error can't be ignored, Revit then says load cancelled and shuts down.

Has anyone come accross this before?

Any suggestions on how to overcome the error and open the file?

Thanks in advance.

Are you really wanting to upgrade it?  Once you do, you can't downgrade it -- and customer can't open it if they don't have 2018.

....can you open in 2017 and check/resolve the "Warnings" first?
