EQ constraints are not satisfied

Equality Constraints

When I click on the EQ in the middle of the dimension chain, an Error window pops up with a message "Error constraints are not satisfied" with the walls highlighted in orange.  Why won't it move the window ????

it could be locked/pin, unpin the walls. post some screenshot. thanks

Reveal constraints and see if any already exist. And post a screenshot maybe.
