Hello all,

I am trying to create additional people for my renderings.  I have gone to ArchVision RCP and I have other image files of people. I can't figure out how to create them.  In the family OOTB, there are rendering appearance properties and Render appearance parameters, but I don't understand on how to add to them.

Does anybody have an videos or procedures on how to do this?  It's probably straight forward but I am not finding anything that is step-by-step.

Thanks in advance...

I would rather render to JPG and paste the images of people in them. So much easier and kinder to the model.

The other thing to do would be to apply the images that you have to the faces of the RPG. Easier said than done. I have seen a thin Mass created to match the RPG with the image applied as a material. Painful.

It would be more helpful to share the families that you have for a better idea of what you are up against.

agree with using bitmaps...I do the same . I prefer .png because they have alpha mask and allow transparent background

Thanks all....

Here is what I'm stuck on how to change / add / create new when I am in the RPC - Women 3d family - how to make more....

First I open the family

Capture.PNG

change it to realistic, then select family type properties and window opens

Capture0.PNG

I want to know how to add to this...

Render Appearance Properties

Capture1.PNG

Which has these options...

Capture2.PNG

And the Render Appearance options window which has multiple options to select from

Capture3.PNG

So, I have a few other images downloaded from ArchVision, so how do I add them?

This family that I've used is OOTB, so there was 6 different type names with images.  I have a download folder of the ArchVision Dashboard images.  None of the downloaded images I have are in these pictures.  I wanted to have more for different themes....
