Enscape issues

Hello,
Good day,
I am seeing issue in enscape. Enscape is not working on my i5-6300U CPU include 2.50ghz process and 8gb ram Laptop. When I start using Enscape it will load only up to 5% and the Enscape window disappears. Can you please help me. I tried many way to solve this issue but it doesn't work.
