I have an education account and in revit i get this message while doing energy analysis 

energy analysis service unavailable. please try again letter.

its been 3 hours since i have been trying this.

One possibility is that you don't have the latest patches installed. Can you check out: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles...?
