For the currency, I think it will help if you were to pretend and assume that 1 USD is equivalent to 1of you local currency and later make a note of that in a copy of the report so that anyone looking it the report would understand. If the exchange rate is different then they will make the necessary conversions themselves. (for example, you can enter US$5.00 for 5 INR in the software and then write a side note or footnote indicating the exchange rate as Note: Current exchange rate: US$1.00 = 1.00INR, subject to change depending on market trend) or whatever currency you're going to be using for the actual project.
