Hi, all,
I've seen this error posted and responses relating to a student version, however I have a network license user who is receiving the same error. We have added his user credentials to the subscription center and "activated" the services for him. The user shows (in the Subscription Management) as "Invite Pending", although there is no email to him that allows him to accept said invite. He did receive emails, but they send him to the Getting Started site, which *still* does not activate his service. This is occuring in both 2015 and 2016. Yes, we have perpetual licenses, and yes, they are current. Please advise.
