Energy analysis, GBS problem

Revit 2016 and 2017 unable to run energy analysis. GBS seems confused about my license - telling me it expires n 2116 but also that it has expired. All my students are experiencing the same.

Any ideas?

Thank you for posting this on the forum, 

Our apologies for all of the problems you have encountered. We just deployed a new release of Insight and it should resolve some of the account access issues. I want to recommend you post these kinds of questions on the Insight 360 forum, the chances of you finding answers are also bigger if you search there - take a look at this forum thread similar to yours:
