Embedded schedule tab missing? Revit 2019

I'm trying to create a Room schedule that has an embedded schedule but the embedded schedule tab is missing, I'm using the full version of revit 2019, any solutions?

I've already been on that site and my systems tab is not hidden

Have you tried a REPAIR installation?  

...Just to confirm: it's not Revit LT; correct?
