Elevations inconsistent between views

Hello,

I am seeing an inconsistency with some of my spot elevation annotations.

In plan view, the lowest extent of the ramp reads at 91.56, while the slab just beyond it is at 92.12:

But things look right in elevation:

Spot Elevations are view-specific. So maybe the annotations are not referencing the exact same point.

It did that on mine as well. This is why I don't put spot elevation on ramp and rather place flat slab elevation and add slope up to the other flat slab. Also ramp is the worst tool and I would replace it with slab with slope that mimic ramp to get the proper spot elevation reading.

i have set both elevations to reference the same elevation level.

That's not what I meant.  I'm talking about the spot the Spot Elevations are referencing. Are both View's Spot Elevations referencing the EXACT SAME SPOT?  If so, how do you know?

Because you can't place Spot Elevations on Ramps in Plan View before 2022.

So the way i have my project set up is as follows:

Sea level is a level which has linked CAD files and surveys. The elevation is (0' - Finished Floor elevation')

To get the ramp spot elevations to read correctly, i created an extra reference layer, which is not a solution I wanted to introduce into the model:

You're telling me that this problem is fixed in 22?

it's very strange because as I drag my elevation tag across the ramp (ensuring only to move laterally), the elevation seems to change.

Can't explain this.

91.56 is the elevation of the floor or whatever element under the ramp, not the ramp itself.  Not convinced?  SImply hide the ramp in view and see if the spot elevation goes away.

What problem???  I'm totally confused now.  I thought this was about an inconsistency between a Spot Elevation shown in a Plan View and one shown in an Elevation View.    Now you've added Links and Survey Point and Levels into the mix.

Try isolate the newly created sloped floor. Then see if you are able to add spot elevation.
