Elevation Level Tag Alternatives

I am trying to make 2 tags for my elevation\level lines. Using the default makes this all very cluttered. I can edit the font in the tag to change it's size but I want to remove the elevation from certain lines i.e Window heads and us of ceiling doesn;t need a level - only a description. I only seem to be able to use 1 tag, not change them for individual levels  like other familes???? See the attached snapshot.

Any idea on how to make these 2 tags and change them individually ??? While I'm at it - How can you change the line type and solor of the elevation lines ??
