Editing lighting constraints

I am trying to place my lighting in on the ceiling plan and it is not showing up on the ceiling but rather on the floor system and roof system. How do I go in and change its constraints and or host so that it will place on the ceilings I have drawn in rather than the roof and floor systems?

Maybe...Edit Family and Check Work Plane-Based and Uncheck Always Vertical.  Then load into Project and Host it to Ceiling and zero out its Elevation Parameter.  

Better to post the Family here so we can take a look and see.
