edit wall type at legend view

Hi,

I work on a huge project it has many wall types with long and complex names. I want to edit some of them based on wall legend view.

 Now I write down the name of the wall type and edit them from Project Browser > families. it is so confusing for long and similar names. 

Revit doesn't have family edit at the legend view.

what is the easiest and fastest way?

Yes that is one of those things that Revit wants to irritate us.

You could copy the Wall Type name from the Legend and paste it in Search to jump to the family type.
