Edit section head family head and lines

Hi, I am trying to build my own annotation families, starting with the Section tags.

I'd like to replicate the tag you see in the first image.

When I try to edit the Section head family, I can't get the text to position itself correctly. I want it to be rotated 90 degrees in the direction of the section.

I also want the lines to be shorter and not go through all the drawing.

How can I achieve this two things?The text doesn't appear rotated as in the family editorTrying to edit the familyExample of section tag I want to recreate

What about the lines, is it possible to make them shorter like in the example?
