Edit gridline bubbles - please help

Could anyone please help me with editing gridline ref bubbles. I need my gridline to look like the bubble shown in the left side of the image attached. The Grid name is 0 which is a label, then the grid area ref shown as UEA is just text. When i load this family into a project however, the Grid name seems to flip to the bottom and the grid area ref seems to shoot off to the right, increasing in difference as the scale changes (see the right hand side of the image). 

Any help with this would be much appreciated. I have also attached the M_Grid Head - Circle - Dundee family file attached if any kind people out there could look at it for me.

Can you post a stripped-down file that shows this behavior? 

Also - in Family Category and Parameter - make sure that Rotate with Component is checked.

I have attached the grid bubble family rvt. file, it is very basic.

I meant a project file that shows the behavior. When I inserted the grid bubble family into a project (with and without our template), it gave me results very different from your picture. That leads me to think that there could be something going on in the project, hence the request.

This is as far as  could get - 

The text was reinserted as a generic annotation family - which is why it stays in place.

It seems that vertical Revit grid bubbles were meant to turn around to face the point of connection with the gridlines.

lol.. you can open the file and see.  I like your solution better.  I did try nesting a generic annotation family in but I think I forgot to set it to rotate with element so it came in wrong in project.

All I saw was that the text was traced with lines - and there was something called a Text Note in grid parameters. And I couldn't get past the upside down bubbles at the top and bottom. Beyond that, my brain refused to function. Do translate, O Illustrious Mysterious One.....

Oh I created the Text Note label but it didn't work.  Forgot to delete it.  Nonetheless, yours is the best solution by far.

rsahay - i loaded your file into mine but it seems to still move the text over to the right as the scale changes, there must be some bug/add-in of some kind on my computer that is effecting this.

ToanDN - Great idea using lines to draw the letters! this keeps them in the correct place even when the scale changes. Just have to make sure though I draw in the gridlines from bottom to top and right to left to ensure the text shows the right way up.

This just came up in my mind so you might want to try. Create the text in CAD with proper font and size then import in the family. Don't explode.

I have another small issue. Is it possible to have 2 grid refs the same in the same model? e.g one grid saying A-UAE and another grid saying A-UEB?

I am guessing you have to some how create another name parameter in the bubble head family file maybe?

A grid can only be associated with one grid type so you need two grids, one for UEA and another for UEB.  For the grid name, one is A and another you have to rename, right click and add an Unicode character as the prefix or suffix.  There the two grids have different names but appear the same (A) in the model.
