Edit/Draw Area Boundary Manually

I have created two Gross Building area plans using "automatically create area boundary lines", however for one plan the boundary lines are not correct, for the other plan, the area boundary simply doesn't show up. Can I manually edit the boundary or draw it?  Thanks!

You certainly can manually draw Area Boundary lines.  Uncheck this box.

Where to bring "Apply Area Rule" out? I don't see it on the menu bar.

When you open an Area Plan view and start drawing Area Boundary Lines.
