Graphics are not loading or no options provided. I had to fix my graphics card and made sure I have the system requirements for the graphics and all seems right, with enough space being a new laptop. Followed a couple troubleshooting tips on Revit website but still unresponsive. Anyone come across this? Some help would be greatly appreciated. My Revit is a student version as well. materials problem.png

Hi there thanks for the info. I have tried that and it still doesn't want to load. I tried turning it on and off a few times. Cheers

Yes, the button turns blue and sometimes loading icon... But nothing at all. Have tried all Revit tips and troubleshooting on the Autodesk website...

Does the Materials window open when you click on Manage panel > Materials button?

Maybe it's time to uninstall/reinstall the program completely.

Have uninstalled/reinstalled, still not working! Would it be because it is a student version?

Worked in the end, had to again reinstall Revit without the Antivirus and Firewall on, as well as UAS settings turned off too, after a long day wait my materials library finally downloaded.
