Eaves Beam Structural Section Geometry

Hi, 

I am currently teaching my self Revit, and I don't know whether I'm doing this correctly. 

I am having difficultly creating a connection. It says unknown parameters. I have tried to enter the parameters stated in the manufacture specification, but I don't think I am entering the correct values. I am using a Metsec-330E30. 

I want to create a connection between the Eaves Beam and Beam. 

Please could you help?

Hi, 

Thank You for getting back to me so quickly. 

I've trying to create a connection between the eaves beam and column, as seen in the attached. However, when I go to create the plate between the eaves and stiffener, it says, unknown profile. I have selected a profile but it says no parameters. Do I have to enter these manually? If so, how do I do and what data do I use? 

Every time I create the connection, the eaves been moves around and doesn't stay in position.
