Dynamo Script Won't Change Element Mark

Hello all,

I've encountered a strange error in a project of ours which is using Revit 2022 and BIM360. 

I've constructed a dynamo script to number parking stalls sequentially via Spline intersections with a bounding box. In a test file (saved to my local machine) the script works perfectly. However, when loaded into the project a strange problem occurs. The script 'works' in Dynamo land (i.e. when Watching the element marks they display the intended value), however the marks are not changed in the model itself. Has anyone encountered anything like this before? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
