DWX importing with white background on AutoCad

Normally I would export DWG and then open with CAD. I assume you want to use DWFx so the other user cannot modify the drawing from their end. In AutoCAD there is a command DIGITALSIGN and you can assign digital signature which prevent 3rd party from modifying the DWG file. Check this article below.

The thing is that this is how they do it in the place I'm working in, and I tried exporting other sheets from other projects from the office and they're always transparent. I don't understand what is the difference in my project file.

The only difference I have found between my project and an existing one that exports transparent is that there are some different options in properties including this "text" tab. I don't understand if a sheet is a family, and if this affects the exporting

Edit: I found out it's the project parameters. I've transfered them and nothing changed when exporting to DWF.
