DWG Export not showing the same Area Scheme Colour

Hello,

 

The exported DWG does not match the same Area Colour fill boundaries as shown in Revit.

 

Any reasons why?

Fill pattern priority is different in Autocad vs Revit.  Try exporting to dwg when Revit is in wireframe....as it looks the wall patterns are taking a higher priority over the area fill during export.

Try setting Color Scheme to Foreground ( or set to background, and see if there is a difference when exporting to Cad.)

That was exactly it. I should have thought about it. thank you @cbcarch.

 

 

After setting it to Foreground there were still some walls masking out the Colour Scheme. This was due to their Cut Pattern being set to Solid. Needed to be set to <none>.

Wow! Never expected that solution! Congrats @cbcarch! Personally, I thought @Anonymous had it in the bag. Maybe his was just a great "readers" tip!
