DWG/DXF Export Settings lose information between language version of Revit

I am able to open DWG/DXF Export Settings in the French version of Revit, but a lot of inforamtion is lost if I open it using the standard English version.

As you can see, when opening the same project using the English version of Revit, the Color ID and layer name information is gone.

Furthermore, I would like to export the settings as a TXT file, I don't understand why Autodesk would remove this capability and ask that we use the clumsy and bulky "Transfer Project Standards" method. It would make a lot more sense to use a TXT file to share national standards, rather than create a a series of Revit files using every year version of Revit for distribution.

Which exact information is gone?

Layerstructure, colours,...

At first glance the only difference I see is a differt order of categories (French spelling vs. English spelling).

@Kimtaurus As you can see above, Color ID and layer name information is gone. There's nothing left to be taken away.

Maybe Revit cant find the French txt file for the AIA?

Does it show layers and colours for the other standards or are those "empty" as well?

Can anyone solve this problem?

We have the same issue: Our export setup for DWG export in my company's template file is made using the German UI. Now our Turkish branch wants to use the template using the English UI and all the settings are lost. This is kind of a problem for us, since setting up the export options is an incredible amount of work and my Turkish co-workers can't work using the German version...

Yes, we have the same issue as some of our staff use Revit in Portuguese while others in English. This is ridiculous.
